Job Description:
Umar Mushtaq Auto Repairs LLC is looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other office communications.
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.
- Assist in data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and team members.
- Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
