Job Description:

Umar Mushtaq Auto Repairs LLC is looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other office communications.
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.
  • Assist in data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and team members.
  • Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
